Collision Reconstruction

What is Forensic Animation?

Forensic animation is not a cartoon but rather is a branch of forensic sciences in which audio-visual reconstructions of incidents or collisions are created using all the forensic detail gathered to aid investigators in bringing a clear and visual message of what transpired across.

It uses full-motion computer graphics to re-create exact events using the same scene and scenario as the actual events. It includes creation of 3-D terrains, CG environment modelling with the help of advanced techniques such as lighting effects, photo matching, adding animated characters, photo rendering, introducing various dimensions, photogrammetry and video tracking. All of the animation and rendition of events are carefully created after collaborating with investigators, attorneys and eye witnesses.

Using state of the art technology combined with a robust understanding of collisions and crime scenes, we provide our clients with precise visual representations of even the most complicated collision reconstructions.
